Earlier in the year, our Trade+Commercial Residential team was tasked with furnishing and styling this beautiful holiday rental property located in Catherine Hill Bay, a small coastal village near Lake Macquarie, NSW.

With a brief for a timeless yet casual feel, our Trade+Commercial team procured and tailored a furniture package for this 4-bedroom property to turn out exactly as the owner envisioned, an inviting atmosphere for holidaymakers.

Light timber and rattan add warmth and contrast to this entryway.

The final result was this stunning Hamptons-inspired look that flows effortlessly from room to room thanks to classic furniture designs in shades inspired by its coastal surroundings. Complementing artworks also help to give the property a curated feel throughout.

A large sofa and plenty of cushions make this room perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Crisp whites were chosen as the focal colour scheme for the bedrooms to ensure a calming environment. The addition of contrasting navy blue bedheads, throws and rugs also provided an additional feeling of luxury.



Special attention was also paid to numerous breakout areas throughout the home, maximising the space and ensuring optimal functionality for guests. Neutral colour schemes were also used here to provide a refined and spacious feel and continue to pay homage to the properties' natural surroundings.
