"I have a strong and very fond memory of the first Wiltshire Staysharp knife making a very grand appearance in our kitchen when I was young. The bright orange plastic of the self-sharpening scabbard with the black handle of the knife just so happened to be the colours of my junior soccer team - the Cardiff Tigers.
