Spring is your chance to refresh, renew and re-style. We came up with 5 ideas to get you started, and now we’re bringing you more ideas from our friends in the world of style. Sarah Shanahan is a professional organiser in Adelaide with her own business – Sarah’s House – and she practices what she preaches in her own well-ordered home. You might remember her post about organising your linen cupboard) and she suggests a cupboard overhaul to start the season...

Spring is a favourite time of year for me. While the sun is shining, the windows are open and the weather is warmer, it's the perfect time to go through all the cupboards in my home  and reassess what I have, what I still need, what I still use and what I still love.

Take everything out, wipe down every surface and put back only the essentials. Store away winter essentials appropriately and donate what is no longer required. I guarantee you will feel so much happier, lighter and ready and eager for a happier, healthier home!

Just make sure you treat yourself to a bunch of spring flowers to celebrate when you're done, you deserve it!
