We were honoured to have one of our Trade+Commercial Hospitality projects, Kings Canyon Resort Glamping tents, featured in Australian Traveller's 100 Unique Stays around Australia for 2021. 



A coveted list that is announced each year with the simple mission to inspire Australians to see their own country could not come at a better time with more people than ever wanting to holiday domestically this year after the easing of lockdown restrictions. 

Taking place at number 79, Leigh-Ann Pow describes her stay at the Kings Canyon Resort safari-style glamping tents as:

"spacious and welcoming, kitted out in earthy tones, with a relaxed luxe feel. There's a living/dining area, pillow-soft king bed and ensuite bathroom complete with shower, while windows on three sides look out to the Northern Territory landscape."

Her experience is then made complete when she wakes to the sound of howling dingoes in the distance, with the canvas walls offering both a cosy shell and unfiltered access to the sounds of the surrounding environment.



All furnishings for the six glamping tents at Kings Canyon Resort were supplied by Temple & Webster. Kings Canyon Resort General Manager Michelle Ikin worked closely with our Trade+Commercial Hospitality team with the brief to ensure the items chosen matched her vision of being appealing to the modern traveller, keen to experience the region's landscape, food and culture.

Inspired by the Australian outback, the Temple & Webster Trade+Commercial Hospitality team put together a tailored fit-out with a striking natural palette and rustic finishes to match the overlooking view of the red desert. They also managed this project from start to finish by helping with procurement, delivery and installation.
