While local deliveries remain largely unaffected, lingering infrastructure adjustments from earlier regional storms mean that some interstate and long-distance road routes are handling an increased load, leading to high capacity across major distribution networks.

To ensure your deliveries arrive as smoothly as possible, we are actively managing our dispatches and routing shipments dynamically to navigate around localized bottle-necks. We send tracking update notifications immediately via email & SMS
Normally, we send an update at each stage of the delivery process, however, in areas affected by natural disasters, sometimes the first notification that you will receive is on the day that your item is being delivered to you. This is because of the changes to the way we’re processing items due to natural disasters.

Temple & Webster ships products from a network of suppliers and warehouses all of which are located in Australia.
