I love this look because: It's so upbeat and festive. It's like a big dose of happiness laid out along the table.

The key ingredients are: Colour colour colour is the star of the show! Clashing pattern and an element of sparkle bring the look to life.

Styling secret to get the look: What saves this look from being a mish-mash is keeping to brights in the colour scheme and being playful in the approach.

What to avoid: Avoid tradition to achieve this look. This is all about fun.


Shannon adds the finishing touch to her Christmas tree wall display on set.

My hand-made/personal touch: The bon bons were made out of patterned and colour paper and ribbons and were really easy to achieve. The Christmas tree was made from collected bits of coloured paper and old cards to arranged on the wall in the shape of a tree. Super easy and really effective!

My favourite product: The colourful glassware was such a great addition to the table.

What I'd serve: I'd serve contemporary fare – seafood, salads and delicious fruit granitas.

My playlist would include: Lana del Ray… Lorde… Empire of the Sun… Frank Ocean… then we'd move into some Kanye as the day progresses.
