Stylist Mr Jason Grant recently visited the new Redfern store of former Surry Hills stalwart Chee Soon & Fitzgerald. Owners Bryan Fitzgerald and Casey Chee Soon Khik (pictured above) are renowned for their beautifully curated selection of textiles and homewares, both old and new.



Their fabric selection includes vintage kimono silks, hand-printed Belgian linen and bold Marimekko prints.



Colourful Dibbern ceramics from Germany sit on a pedestal table in front of unique lamps and cushions made from Third Drawer Down tea towels.



Painted wooden dolls and an elegant lily are a colourful counterpoint to the mottled concrete walls.
