Do you have a folder in your computer for inspirational images of interiors and homes? Or a scrapbook full of ideas for a new kitchen?  How about a huge, messy collection of magazine clippings, slowly curling up in the bottom of a drawer? Oh right, that's just me.

If any of these sound familiar, then head straight to Pinterest (you can thank us later). What is it? It's a new social network that works like an online pinboard, allowing you to "pin" images from the web and organize them onto different "boards". You can create a board for each of your current obsessions – whether it's a particular decorating style, ideas for a renovation, or your favourite products from Temple & Webster. Whenever you see an image on the web that you love and want to remember, you pin it (using a button that sits on the top of your web browser), and it goes straight to your board.  We're working on putting a "Pin it" button at the bottom of our blog posts for you, too.

Dangerously easy, dangerously addictive. The 'social' part means that all the images are shared - so you can see what everyone else is pinning, and "re-pin" their images onto your boards if you love them. You can "follow" members whose style you really like - we're currently following Martha Stewart Living and Elle Decor, plus a few of our members. T&W intern Julia has been pinning up a storm - we've started two boards and we can see many more in our future.  One of our boards is just for the amazing images our team styles and shoots ourselves, like the image above from our Patio Posh feature this week. Naturally, our most "re-pinned" image is the one featuring our favourite puppy Slim Dusty from Dusty Miller Designs!

We should warn you: once you start, you'll enter the Pinterest time warp and it will be very difficult to leave...
