I’ve had this chair for about a week now, and compared to my previous office chair, this one is much more comfortable, feels more durable and much more productive to be in. It was delivered in a quick time frame, which was impressive given covid times, and the set up was easy.

I think I wanted this to be better than it actually is. It is an okay chair but really doesn't provide the neck and back support I was hoping for. It is also quite hard, so it does take a while soften up the base so it is comfortable to sit on. I think in retrospect I would have liked to keep researching and find a different chair. |

Great product for the price, surprisingly heavy, the cushions add extra support, wheels don’t work super well even though I have a chair mat on carpet. Overall suits my needs and will be keeping |
