I like this chair. It is comfortable however if you're looking for long term comfort ability I don't think this chair will do it. The faux leather looks like it might last one year but not more unless taken well cared of. I was hoping of more thickness but I guess for extra cushion and padding, we need to pay more. Instruction manual not great but it's not too complicated to put together. Overall im satisfied. I like the massage it really helps to relax however the heating does not seem to work really great. I love the color I've chosen and I am happy that this chair will make my wfh life a lot better now
