The bookshelf instructions were easy to follow. I did have one piece backwards but that was easily fixed once assembled. It turned out to be a slightly more yellow white than our walls which is a bit disappointing but overall we are happy with both purchases

Not great quality, the metal bolts kept falling out and the joins were very obvious in person (as opposed to the pictures). Looks nice from a distance. |

The end result is perfect, stunning peice of decor furniture, very retro. Considering slight adjustment to the assembly instructions would be helpful I.e panel 11 (1st step) then peices 5-10 (2nd) 1-4 (3rd) then panel 12 (front panel), but other than that, definately value for money.

It's an interesting piece but the finish leaves a lot to be desired. The white finish on the inside shelves is a different toned white to the shelf's front which is a creamier colour. The rough texture is very minimal and makes the front look like plastic. I will have to paint the whole thing with a render-type paint in white in order to get the same effect shown in the item's photos. The suggestions in the instructions pack were the best thing about this but I'd strongly suggest you do not drink wine when you put it together. reply

Beautiful shelf but it was extremely complicated to put together. I had to do it in a few sessions because it was a lot of work. There are some imperfections - you can see a lot of the joins and screws and isn't as seamless as the photos suggest. A lovely statement piece though! |
