Whilst this looks nice, it’s not built for the long haul. Owned it for just over a year and in that time we have had to make 4 different repairs to the gas lift, the lid, the base and another part of the gas lift. A bit disappointed overall.

Box looks good and exactly what we needed, however when we assembled it the lid wouldn't fit . So we had to loosen screws in order to get it to slide in . So now to fit it properly and permanently we need to get one of our kids to have sides of lid to fit then we can screw hinges for lid.

I wouldn’t recommend this product. The paint job is very patchy and thin, the lid doesn’t close if the hydraulic is attached, the product has swollen which has caused it to look like it is coming apart and the lid doesn’t close properly now because of the swelling, it’s delaminating and this is all happening g after purchasing 2 and having them assembled for approximately 2 weeks. Ours are positioned outdoors but are undercover so don’t cop too much weather but this shouldn’t be an issue as they are advertised as an outdoor, water resistant product. I absolutely would not recommend these.

I don't recommend this item. The quality is terrible. The wood is sub standard with several cracks and dents. The hardware supplied is cheap and nasty with tiny screws and hinges made for a frustrating build. The gas lift doesn't work.

Looks good when assembled BUT instructions are extremely poor and quality of screws etc very poor so we substituted better quality ones to ensure longevity. Can put it together without huge amount of experience but it will be frustrating.

Very disappointed in this product. How it passed quality control by T&W prior to shipping is beyond me. Poor workmanship, from timber frame assembly to painting, split timber panels have been badly patched & painted over. A substandard product that does nothing to support the image of 'Australia's No 1 online-only furniture & homewares retailer'.

This is a terrible product and terrible quality and finish. Paint job is horrendous, my 8 year old son can do a better paint job! The installation of the hydraulic component is no good, once screwed in as per instructions - the lid does not close all the way and if forced, the screws come off. Would not purchase anything from T&W in future! Terrible value for money
