Really lovely couch, down a star based on firmness but overall great couch for the price.

Very easy to put together Delivery was 5 days earlier than expected, but so happy it arrived early

Couch is a bit hard and narrow for something you want to use everyday. More suited for casual use than in a lounge.

I like a firm couch as it tends to get softer as time goes on. The material and structure is high quality and colour is what was expected from photos. Looks terrific in my new livibg room.

LOVE! Don't be an idiot like me and submit a complaint for "Missing items" When they are under the main couch piece behind the zipper... Should've looked at the photos of the product online where they show the zipper and the compartment. lol. Looks nice and very sturdy. 10/10

This sofa is lovely and firm. Bought it for our living room and it was exactly what we were after.

Firm but does soften over time time

Looks cute and does the job but not a very comfortable couch. It is very firm, hoping it will soften over time. Would have also been good to be a little deeper, feels quite narrow when sitting on the couch and cushions a little higher.

Comfy and easy to assemble

I'm disappointed with this product. The left side arm is extremely wobbly no matter how many times we pull it apart and reassemble it again. Very annoying when sitting down. Clearly there is a manufacturing issue. But what can I do about it now. Nothing I guess. Also the back cushions are quite low.
