This couch is a great size for my tiny unit space, and the slip covers for me was a must - fabric quality is quite good/thick. I'd say the colour is more of a pale grey, than 'natural', but I like it nonetheless as I have dark grey carpet.. The couch frame comes in four pieces (back, base & 2 x arms) and slot together really easily (no screws etc). The base cushions are firm and velcro onto the base - not a 'plush/sink into' feel, but I like a firmer surface, for my back. Similarly the back cushions are firm, so sit neatly. I did consider replacing with feather inserts, but I won't bother as I like the firmness/neatness of the foam. I gave the slipcover a quick iron before putting on, to smooth out the wrinkles - looks much better. Make sure you open the zipper underneath the base, that's where you'll find the legs. There's no instruction manual, but it isn't needed. I'm happy with the lounge. You get what you pay for, as they say!

I brought 2 of these. The quality is not worth the price. I didn't expect these sofas to be of a super high quality, but what they are is not even fit for purpose. 3 seater with a 120kg weight limit.... so 3 adults that weigh 40kg each? Doubt it. I was gutted with this purchase as it's just too hard to return these. It takes a lot of ironing and steaming of the slip cover to get it looking remotely decent and is delivered in approx. 17 pieces. The only up side to these is that they break down into the separate flat pieces if you are moving. Of course then you have to spend hours ironing and steaming again. I don't recommend these couches at all.

Super great couch for a smaller apartment. Fabric is so beautiful and soft, easy assembly - quite comfortable, I added a few more cushions. Beautiful piece

this couch is perfect for our space, it is really cosy to sit in and we have had some really nice evenings reading books and listening to records, relaxing on it. The photos on the T&W are accurate - highly recommend this product. |

I purchased the Montauk in the white, it is a very bright white but surprisingly has been easy to spot clean with two little ones and two indoor dogs. Assembling it together was very easy and I was able to manage it on my own in 15 minutes. My family finds it quite comfortable, my only concern would be how it holds up and how stable it would be over time. Other than that it's the perfect addition to a small living space. |
