I can’t find my item

The courier may have left the delivery in a safe place. Make sure to check around your property.

Items are missing from my order

Items ordered together may not always arrive together. Your order may have been dispatched from different locations, or boxes may have been separated during transit.

You will have received a dispatch email for each item that was shipped; the email contains the estimated arrival date range for the item. If the expected arrival date for any item hasn’t yet passed, please allow time for the courier to deliver the rest of your order.
