Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately, items cannot be added to orders that have already been placed. You will need to place a new order.

Can I change the delivery address for an order?

Changes to a delivery address are not possible after your order has been placed. However, we may be able to cancel your order if it is yet to be processed. Please reach out to our online chat assistant as soon as possible if you notice an issue.

Can I request a delivery date or time?

We do not have the option to select a date or time for deliveries as we use independent delivery partners. The couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and will provide delivery updates via email and SMS.
