Items are missing from my order
Items ordered together may not always arrive together. Your order may have been dispatched from different locations, or boxes may have been separated during transit.
You will have received a dispatch email for each item that was shipped; the email contains the estimated arrival date range for the item. If the expected arrival date for any item hasn’t yet passed, please allow time for the courier to deliver the rest of your order.
If you have received some items and not others, and the expected arrival date has already passed, please select the “Report a problem” button, then the "Item is missing parts" button to lodge the issue with us.
