Temple & Webster on diversity, equity and inclusion
As Temple & Webster grows and evolves, our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion remains steadfast. DEI has been part of our philosophy since day one. As a values-led organisation, we have always known that creating a workplace where people feel respected, safe and supported in their individuality is fundamental to our success. DEI is embedded in how we work, how we lead, how we support and how we grow together as a team.
Our vision is to create a culturally rich safe space so everyone can be their authentic selves and feel a sense of belonging.

The goal of this committee is to promote a culture of inclusiveness and respect by identifying and addressing any barriers to inclusion that may exist in our workplace. We know that a diverse and inclusive workplace is not only the right thing to do, but it also makes our team stronger and more innovative.
