How do I see prices in New Zealand currency?
At this stage, our Australian website only shows pricing in Australian dollars.
Do prices include GST?
All product prices and shipping charges are inclusive of GST. As all items are stored in Australia and need to be shipped to New Zealand, there will be an additional fee for import duties.
What payment methods are available to New Zealand customers?
Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Credit card.
Our full range of 185k beautiful furniture, homeware and renovation products are now available to NZ customers.
Delivery timeframes from dispatch to New Zealand are 2–4 business days via Air and approximately 3 weeks via Sea. The delivery type will be indicated on each product page and when the product is added to cart.
How long after placing an order will my item be shipped from the warehouse?
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
Can customs clearance cause delivery delays?
Orders may be delayed in customs due to reasons such as unpaid duties or taxes, restricted items, or random inspections however, we will handle all delays and ensure your purchases are delivered to you as soon as possible.
What is the delivery timeframe for rural areas in New Zealand?
For rural locations, delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 business days on top of the standard timeframes.
What are the delivery timeframes for orders to the South Island?
In general, carriers in New Zealand take 2–5 business days to deliver orders from Auckland to the South Island, depending on the destination and service type.
Tracking numbers will be received once the order has shipped (refer to your dispatch email). Some tracking scans may not be available until the physical item has been received in NZ.
How can I track my Temple & Webster order?
You will receive tracking details from Temple & Webster, including direct links to NZ Couriers, Mainfreight and Kiwi Oversize tracking pages, along with your tracking number.
All items are currently shipped from Australia directly to NZ customers. Over time, we may look to set up a warehouse in NZ and bring some of our best selling items directly into the country, which will improve delivery lead times.

Can I book a specific delivery day or time?
Booking a specific delivery day or time is only available for orders shipped with DHL and Mainfreight. For all other couriers, deliveries are scheduled based on their standard service times and we’re unable to guarantee an exact date or time.
Can I reschedule delivery for a specific day?
Some carriers may allow the delivery date to be rescheduled.
Do delivery services include bringing the item inside my home?
Unfortunately, no. Delivery services are to the door only and do not include bringing items inside your home.
Do Temple & Webster carriers offer “Authority to Leave” (ATL) in New Zealand?
Yes.
Is depot collection available as a delivery option?
No, depot collection isn’t available. Temple & Webster operates exclusively online, and all orders are delivered directly to your nominated address.
If I need to change my delivery address after dispatch, at what stage can this be done?
A request to change your delivery address can be made at any time after dispatch. However, whether the change can be accommodated depends on the delivery location.
You can cancel your order any time up until it has shipped from the warehouse.
Can I request disposal of an item, and how is this arranged?
Yes, customers can request disposal of an item. To arrange this, book a return through the NZ Couriers portal if the item was delivered by DHL or NZ Couriers, or through Kiwi Oversize if it was delivered by them. Please ensure the item is securely packed in a box for collection.
If I return an item under Change of Mind (COM), will GST and shipping costs be refunded?
If you return an item under our Change of Mind policy, the item's GST and import taxes will be refunded. However, both the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and import fees are non-refundable.

Can leather lounges be shipped to New Zealand?
Yes, leather lounges can be shipped to New Zealand. However, if the order value exceeds the de minimum threshold of NZ$1,000, duties and taxes may apply.
Are replacement parts or boxes available if a hardware pack or component is missing from my order?
If you've received a product with missing parts, please first check any zipped compartments in larger items (i.e. beds or sofas) as the parts are sometimes stored in there. If you still can’t locate them, please report the issue at Report a Problem by selecting the item and clicking “Report A Problem.” You can also upload photos or a copy of the manual to assist us. Once reported, our team will review your case and arrange for the replacement as quickly as possible and we’ll contact you via email with updates to ensure a prompt resolution.
