Product arrived with a faulty zip which would not open to allow adding more beads to the filling. The zip was welded closed and would not open even with the use of more force using pliers. Trying to open the faulty zip so beans could be added to the filling (which it desperately needed) ultimately caused the bag to rip at the end of the zip as the stitching and materials aren't very strong. To use the product at all I had to resort to using a small funnel in the ripped hole to fill the bag with more beans and sealed it with some duck tape. Very disappointed with this purchase / product. Not recommended.
