The pile was short, stiff & of a disappointing texture after all the reviews that mentioned it was soft. The strong purple accents in the design took me by (unpleasant) surprise, as it appeared more deep pink than purple in website photos, so it didn't suit my decor. It was also a bit too big for my loungeroom. Rather than the hassle & expense of returning, Not a great experience for an expensive rug. I won't purchase rugs here again. |
