These were beautifully wrapped and presented, the legs were in a special little zipped pouch under the chair. They are a quality product, well made and strong. They are also a good size, slightly larger than I expected. That is a good thing as there a a lot of elderly people in my family and these chairs are perfect for them, being high and wide. My only disappointment is that the seat cushion is quite hard, more than firm. I hope it will soften over time. Overall, I am very happy with the product and with Temple and Webster. They arrived on 7 January after the projected date being 10 to 20 January.
