Nice and warm but quilt slips and bulks at the bottom of quilt cover

Black dye ran Cannot even iron out creases horrible fabric

On the first cold-water wash the black on the cover washed out and stained the white of tgeh duvet cover. Even though the material is good the colour set is terrible. The duvet cover can no longer be used after just one wash.
