Bought this yoghurt machine last week. I have made 3 batches now and they have all been great. The instructions leave out that the milk needs to be boiled on the stove for 10-15 mins and allowed to cool for 40mins. I added powdered milk about 70-100gms. I would recommend this product, once the preparation is complete all you need to do is ferment the yoghurt. Press 2 buttons and leave it for 10 hrs. Normally is very well set on 7hrs fermentation, Refrigerate after fermentation to complete the yoghurt making process.
