Beautiful soft rug. Feels lovely underfoot. It’s a thick 2cm pile, which is what we wanted for sound dampening and added warmth. The rug is heavy, so doesn’t move much when used with an anti-slip mat. Grey colour is a little lighter than in the photos and the rug has more cream elements in it. Due to the way that it’s weaved, the rug will likely felt or pill over time, so probably better for lower traffic areas unless you don’t mind added character. Also due to the natural wool fibre, there were small pieces of debris such as grass but these can easily be removed over time. New carpet smell settled within a few days. Really love this rug, and would recommend to others.
