Did not highlight the fact one bed was single size and the other large single which meant the mattresses were different sizes.

The cot is looking good but it's slightly wobbling. It would be better if you could pack the screws separated. There was small damage on the leather.

This item was poorly designed and the materials used are not up to standard. The side panel to the bed head has broken off (through the placement of nuts/bolts) requiring reinforcements/bed replacement possibly? and the timber used not very solid/reliable. (Frailty, breaking away).

Great bed but was missing one of the wooden parts.

Just what we wanted - a good looking functional bed

My son loves the pull out single bed under that he use for when friend/s sleepover. Leaves a black smudge when robbed against our white wall.

I am happy for the product itself and fast delivery during the Covid 19. The reason for the 3 star review was : 1.Assembly was difficult. You need at lease two people to figure it out unless you are a apprentice or tradie. It took me nearly 5 hours to assemble with my wife. 2. The trundle bed wheels bit tricky to install. Especially if you are working in a tight space putting your finger to fix the the wheels and inserting the screws to the bottom base. 3. The wheel nuts and screws did not matched off and cannot insert at all. Luckly I had different spare size of nuts at home to insert to screw.So I used it. 4. The componetes were not label such as A, B,C ,D etc. But the instructions were having A,B,C,D for the nuts and bolds. This would make much easier and save time if componets were marked in cleary visible lable Possible improvements would be 1. Pre assemable trundle would be much easier and allow customer to fix the top base only 2. Seperate 86 nuts in to three different bags rather than all nuts in a one bag 3.Much clearer instructions how to install. You need a magnifying glass to see the corner bends of the pictures. 4.In the web site when ordering the product left trundle open vs right trundle open option should be allwoed. And instructions should be cater to that. Otherwise you have to do the oppsite of the instruction manual to fix the bed.Which is bit tricky and tiring process. i will make review after 1-2 months how the bed would feel. So far it is good no breaking at all. Thank you

The bed is made well, of good quality, seemed to have been assembled beforehand. Took time to assemble but easy to follow Instructions, really good design. High quality of faux leather couldn’t tell the difference.
