I am really disappointed with this chair. The lower back support is insanely uncomfortable. There is no way I can spend a day working whilst sitting on it. They also only gave me 2 bolts for the foot rest instead of 4. The whole reason why I got this chair was for the footrest. There was no instructions on how to use the chair either. I don’t consider this chair ergonomic.

Very happy, I was sceptical as most chairs similar to this are $500 - $800, I'd say more expensive chairs might be a bit more sturdy but for the price it's a great chair. The listing for the chair doesn't do it justice as it's more customisable than it suggests.
