FAQs
Could this downlight suit an installation where a recessed fitting is not possible?
It is surface mounted and may be useful as an alternative to a recessed downlight where recessing a hole is not possible. The fixture measures 12.2cm H x 11.5cm W x 11.5cm D.
What should I know before installing this downlight?
It is hardwired and must be installed by a qualified electrician. The dimmable LED driver is included, but a dimmer is not.
Can the light direction and colour temperature be adjusted?
The downlight tilts to direct light at an angle of up to 25° and offers three colour temperatures: 3000K, 4000K and 5700K. This allows you to select warm white, cool white or daylight lighting.
What type of light source does it use?
It has an integrated 20W LED, so a separate globe is not required. The light source provides up to 2300lm and has a stated life expectancy of 50,000 hours.
