Good rug, crisp white.

Beautiful rug and so soft. I aired it out for a whole day and vacuumed it several times before laying it in the bedroom.

I looooove the look of this rug but the smell is so weird and off-putting and it sheds a lot. But i still love it.

The alpaca mattress topper has been a life changer as it really keeps my bed softer and warmer in the winter. The rug is a nice colour and design, perfect for smaller spaces.

Good quality There is a bit of fluff that often needs to be vacuumed Also has a bit of discolouring that can look like its dirt - doesn't impact aesthetics too much though.

Although the rug looks great, it came with a horrible smell from, possibly being in a warehouse somewhere, it stinks my unit out so much, that its actually unuseable and im now using it outside porch. I have tried cleaning it and using multiple smell sproducts this smell will not go away which is soo dissapointing as the rug itself looks great.

Beautiful plush rug, but sheds terrible! My house is a jungle of white tumbleweeds and the kids clothing is all covered in white fluff. The rug looks beautiful and feels great underfoot, but we need to vacuum several times a week to keep up with the shedding!!

The carpet smells and sheds a lot even after vacuuming it many times.

I know that shedding is expected when the product is new but even after a lot of vacuuming there is no way you can sit on this rug without white fluff all over (especially dark clothing)
