Bought the insurance, which I was glad did because I didn’t like the first colour I chose. Then, I had to send a few back because they were missing parts etc. but customer service was excellent and ultimately, I’m very happy with the durability and style of the chairs

Pretty good quality. Very much like the picture, although wood veneer is a little more "manufactured" looking. Had to use replacement screws to properly secure seat to frame. Otherwise, these have stood up well in the face of constant use.

These chairs look great, although the colour representation on the website makes them look like they are a walnut colour. They are in reality a warm ash or mocha colour which is much lighter than what the picture shows. Also they mark relatively easily as the stain is not that deep.

Great looking chairs, very happy with them. The instructions could be easier to read but all in all, great product.
