The worst online shopping experience. I paid a non related installer to attend my home to assemble this bed for my son. The two boxes were opened and we first noticed that the Instructions were missing. When we found the instructions online, we realised that the boxes were missing washers and screws. The few screw and bolts were supplied were all packed in single bag and messily taped up. Appears as if someone had attempted to assemble this bed, repacked it and somehow it has been sold and delivered to me. There were no bed legs (drill holes in the bed but no parts) No metal corners for corner of bed (drill holes but no part) No plastic spacer for the gas lift to be assembled to side board. No black strap to lift gas lift frame. The problem is I have a half assembled bed in the middle of my sons room, vital missing pieces and I paid a contractor for his day! To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

I would definitely not recommend this product is you are expecting a light grey coloured fabric - it is NOT. It is a green/teal colour. what rubbish!! The item in real life is NOT LIGHT GREY. Very disappointed with Temple and Webster, they didn't offer any assistance. Stuck with a bed that is not the right colour.

Bought this bed thinking it was going to come as a complete set to assemble. Missing bolts, missing washers, the longer bolts weren’t long enough to bolt the frame together so had to resort to going to local store at 8pm on a Friday night to get the right hardware. Good bed over all, crap instructions and missing hardware. Do not recommend buying one at all.

Look the bed is gorgeous and sturdy. The assembly though... LOL. The instructions basically just don't match the model/design of this bed, and the drawings are so bad you can't even really tell what they want you to do. A bit of common sense and trial/error will get you there, but it's so insanely unnecessary for them to send mismatched instructions. It looks like the instructions are from the old model of this bed and they just didn't bother to update.
