Towson Upholstered Massage Recliner Armchair

Bought this for my man-toddler because our Wreck‑It‑Ralph son pulled too hard on the lever of his old recliner and snapped the mechanism clean off. Anyway, I thought I’d surprise the man-toddler with a new one, this time with vibration, because he’s reached that stage of life where he comes home from work every afternoon moaning and groaning about how sore his body is. When he got home the day it arrived, he didn’t even notice the actual recliner set up in the lounge. He just saw the empty boxes and mumbled, “What has this woman bought now?” Then he realised what the boxes were for. He walks back into the loungeroom, sees the chair, checks it out, sits down… and then the excitement on his face when he spotted not one, but TWO cup holders was priceless! Then says he'll be able to have two stubbies on the go at the same time! And then I said, “But wait…” then hit the massage button. The man-toddler lit up like a little kid who just got the biggest lollipop of their life. 10/10 worth it just for the reactions and less hearing the moaning and groaning each afternoon!

Needed a more supportive chair for my back issues and the massage and heat make the whole experience perfect. Just found the foot tilt mechanism quite hard to put down so would not recommend for older people with walking issues.

Granted it was not an expensive piece of furniture, however it is not good. The padding is hard and minimal, feels like you’re sitting on a board. The pull cord to recline the seat is way too hard for my elderly mum to pull and pushing with her legs back into place to get up is even harder. The “massage” is literally vibration- not massage at all. Not a fan. Would not recommend this product.

The recliner was easy to put together, and has a great flat recline. Purchased for my husband who injured himself and was coming home from hospital to recuperate. Purchased this model in particular because of the two cup holders - as he is meant to drink a lot of water to aid his recovery and not one glass, cup or bottle in my house fits. I have to buy the slimline glass VOS bottles, which I don't have time to do. Also he selected the chair because of the massage function. It can be described as a "slight" vibration at best, nothing even close to massage chairs in nail salons etc. I would have loved to have return for a refund , but the return fee was not economical and he wasn't able to lay flat in a bed all day while we waited for the return process. Disappointing on many fronts.

I'm disappointed. The chair is way too thin. I feel suffocated in it. Only made for very thin people. No point in having the massage on, you can't feel it. AVOID. It is a waist of money.

Disappointed because the remote control is only for massage. The chair controls are manuel and just too hard for me to use. This chair is not what I wanted.

Super easy to assemble! And fits a gap perfectly

Very disappointed with the color. This is not beige as advertised; it’s more of a dark oatmeal tone. The photos made it appear much lighter, which was misleading. Otherwise, it could have been a great purchase.

I bought this for my husband. At first he wasn't so sure whether he liked it at all. After using 8t for one week, he now loves his chair. He actually fell asleep on it a few days ago after a hard day, slugging it out on our farm.
