The chair is very good in general. The position of the head rest is a bit vertical, and not adjustable. This leaves me with some discomfort after some hours of use. Nonetheless very happy with it.

I purchased this chair and unfortunately, it has been a disappointment. My husband started experiencing back pain shortly after using it. The chair is off balance and leans to one side, making it very uncomfortable and unstable. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It's not worth the discomfort or risk

Comfortable chair, but constantly having issues with bolts falling out underneath. Easy to put back, just annoying.

Poor quality. Assembly took 2 hours and at the end, it felt flimsy, unstable and unsafe to sit in. Have been trying to get a refund for two weeks and the customer service team keeps trying to send me a new chair that I don't want.

Good for the price! It’s sturdy, stable and comfortable. You get what you pay for with this one, I think it’s worth it for a low price point chair.

I like to cross my legs on my chair and the armrests block that but otherwise the chair is alright. Having the footresg is very nice.
