Fantastic, no-impact exercise. Your feet don't need to leave the surface to get beneficial fitness. Especially beneficial for older girls and boys! I don't need a handrail as I'm working on my balance. I would recommend getting one with a rail if you are elderly or unfit. Best exercise equipment ever! No effort or stress. Gentle, productive movement. 😃
