Love these sun loungers and bought two of them, but have recently had one of them have some of the support straps on the reclining seat back break on me.

Very disappointing, the cushions are yellow but not a nice yellow, more like white sheets that have been sitting in a cupboard and turned yellow and were dirty. Takes ages to put together and according to directions you need six of the “x” to put together but are only supplied with four. The lettering of the parts was incorrect as well so this made it very time consuming to put together. Very surprised Templar would stock such a low quality product. Have lost faith in on line shopping would never had purchased if seen in store. The product is not what it appears on website

It said minimal assembly but was certainly more. Had to get professional help to put together. Also the foam bedding is not like picture and looks very cheap.

The assembling booklet is terrible, the holes were covered, and it was difficult to get the screws into them, and the quality looks very cheap.

The quality of this product is very disappointing especially coming from Temple and Webster. I purchased from this company expecting good quality furniture. NEVER AGAIN. The instructions are ridiculous and the product is below standard. I would not recommend this product.

The padded covers are not what is shown in the picture. They come in 2 separate pieces. This very frustrating as the separate pieces blow into the pool because the padded seating is not in one piece as shown. Not happy at all. It takes 2 hours to assemble with all the allen key screws. Longer if you are not savvy with complicated assembly.
