The dog bed arrived with a sinus burning chemical smell. The height of the bed was nowhere near the 15cm advertised, which was the specific reason for the purchase. The bed has been sitting outside airing out since its arrival, could not bring it indoors let alone put my dog with breathing and heart issues on it. Have contacted the manufacturing company, regarding the stench and enquiring about an extra cushion insert, but not heard a peep from them. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I rubbed the bed down with a mix of vinegar, bi carb and water, took a few goes, but the smell has finally gone. Have put a fluffy blanket on top for soft comfort and my fur baby seems happy, so that is all that matters. Sadly I cannot use the bed how I initially intended due to incorrect advertised height. In regards to my first time shopping experience with Temple and Webster store and their shipping, was excellent.

Bought three dog beds and all of them are exactly what I hoped they would be! mattresses took 2 days to unfold but are comfy for the dogs and humans now. We have two Kelpie crosses around 25kg each and they fit together on one mattress, much more comfortably one one mattress each though, which is why I ordered more than just one.

The bed was good quality. My only complaint is that I bought the mat because my dog is a chewer. The logo on the back is a raised plastic disc.my dog pulled it off and of course there is now a hole.easy access to the filling. Maybe change the composition of the logo cheers Gayle Hyde

Perfect dog bed for outside dogs. The waterproof cover is very durable. Not great if you still have teething puppies, it took my pup 10 min to rip the cover off and destroy the pillow inside.

Very sturdy fabric, hard wearing and waterproof. The filling is good quality too.

Product seems to be standing up well, our dog loves it.

I have 4 small dogs and they have several beds. Two can comfortably share this and they all position themselves to be the ones that get to use it.

Exactly what I wanted. Sturdy canvas top & bottom. My 8 month old Doberman is very comfortable. Photo shows it with a fitted cot sheet on it for even easier washing.

Such a good dog bed for anyone looking. The rubber backed fabric makes it waterproof an easily hosed off for cleaning! Perfect inside the Kennel to keep your dog off the ground.

Couldn’t be happier with this pet bed. Our girl Luna suffers with incontinence so we needed something water proof. There’s been no leakage onto the inside cushion. I’m able to easily remove and wash. It drys really fast. Vacuuming her hair off it also is a breeze. Highly recommend.
