The rail itself looks great and does work, but you have to have your towel on it for so long for it to be only slightly warm. In my opinion it really wasn't worth it, by the time I want to have a shower i don't feel like waiting 45 mins for a barely warm towel 😅

Such a great towel rack. We got it on matte black and it looks great. Works so well and gives us fabulously warm towels!

Didn't really heat up towels, can really only hang 1 at a time if looking to warm it.

We have waited one year to make sure this item works properly and happy to report it is fantastic! We leave ours on all the time and it works fantastically and looks stylish. We couldn’t live without one now!

Significantly smaller than I expected as I already ordered one similar this one was way smaller probably should have checked the dimensions better. Works well, but probably for one towel

The towels don't feel very warm, quite disappointed. The middle rail is the hottest and then the warmth decreases in each one.

This product is awesome. It has a little switch on the bottom of the vertical rail where you can switch the heat on or off. It’s perfect because you don’t need to have the towel rail on all day if the towel is dry. Another reason this is such a good product is because you don’t need to have yet ANOTHER switch/controller with the light switch- which is something I definitely DIDN’T want. Am desperately looking for a longer (taller) version for our ensuite… but not having any luck….

this is good but the gold colour is very brassy

Great towel rail. Heats up quickly. Has a small red light at the bottom right corner that indicates if it is switched on.
