Protect furniture from direct sunlight & heat to prevent fabric from fading & drying out; vacuum regularly using low suction; avoid heavy soiling caused by perspiration, hair oil, footwear & pets; treat spills & stains as soon as possible; gently blot any food or liquid spills immediately with a dry, white, clean cloth; do not rub; if required for further cleaning, use a mild, non-coloured pure soap solution made from soap flakes mixed with warm water; allow to dry thoroughly in the shade away from direct heat & sunlight; do not saturate the fabric or filling with water or other cleaning fluids; fibre pills can be removed using a battery operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores
