Avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug. Vacuum the base of your rug occasionally, as dirt can accumulate here as well. Blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth, do not wipe or scrub, and spot clean with a small amount of gentle detergent and warm water. So disappointed!!! This rug is a tripping hazard! I tried everything but unfortunately I can't get it to sit flat on the floor. Extremely disappointing and my complaint has been "in progress" for over a month now so if you have an issue with an item good luck to you.

Lovely colour and texture and exactly as pictured. I have had problems with the rug having kinks in the centre. Love the rug so won't be returning but not sure if it's the manufacturing a round rug poses this problem or need to let it settle. Have been advised to steam the centre to flatten it out.
