Looks and works great. Warms and drys the towels but also heats the bathroom. I purchased it with the Eco Thermorail Timer that switches it on and off twice a day. The bathrrom is by 3 kids so the 7 rail does a good job of drying all three towels

Installed (professionally) a few weeks ago, gets no hotter to the touch than a warm cup of tea, completely fails to heat up towels in the morning, will be asking T&W for my money back
