Love the products - good quality and sturdy as per descriptions - but assembling them is a nightmare -- instructions are poor and have resulted in taking apart to try and reassemble correctly but even so the pieces don't quite match. Will be wary of choosing TW manufactured products in future. |

Quality is OK. middle shelf pre-drilled hole does not line up with back support bracket. Also side shelf edging has a bulge. Shelf also not same shape, does not line up flush with top or bottom shelf - overall little disappointed but overall it holds the shoes.
