My son loves this cubby, uses more when friends are over. Hopefully when sister gets older they will play in it together. Very sturdy and good quality. Only downfall is the bottom rug doesn't tie to the frame so it moves out of place

After ordering a slightly cheaper version elsewhere I can categorically say this house is well worth the extra. In fact compared to the others it is underpriced.
