Packaging was nice, generic screw pack. Heavier than others like Tiago/Jensen or Euro Wall Mounted Double Robe Hook also received. Not all steel, and threaded rod connecting the parts too short and on one received the nut was stripped. See pic. I bought 6 and 1 requires return. Weight 140.2g. Stub is surprising large. For installation, it must be flush against the surface, there is no margin for forgiveness like others. For hollow doors I had to use spring toggles.
