The product arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. However, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. The chair wheels don’t roll smoothly, and the "massage" function is simply basic vibration—not a real massage. Additionally, the chair feels unstable; every time I try to sit using the armrests, it tips forward, making it uncomfortable and awkward to use.
