This chair is a solid, comfortable, and easy care office chair. The arms are not super strong but the rest of the chair makes up for it. The massage function is pretty good.

Poor design, very average quality. Right armrest snapped after 3 months, I weigh 85kg for reference. Chair pad never aligned straight with backrest.

As it is mentioned MASSAGE chair!! This isn't upto the standard just felt like vibration in back nothing else. I wouldn't recommend this if you are purchasing it just by the name. Cushions aren't that fluffy as shown in picture. Its comfortable and just good as office chair.
