The towels don't feel very warm, quite disappointed. The middle rail is the hottest and then the warmth decreases in each one.

We ordered ours in black and it looks great in our bathroom, it does take quite awhile to heat you need to have it on for at least an hour before your shower to warm up your towel. Very good quality!
