I followed the instructions and it didn't work. "Don't fill up with water directly from the tap, make sure the water was filled from a cup or bottle instead. Make sure it's only water. Place the jewellery in and turn on. The dirt should all come off." I was expecting it to look like those adds where all this brown water comes up from the jewellery but literally nothing happened. Jewellery is just as dirty. I tried charging the item but still, same thing. Nothing happened. I asked for a replacement to be sent and I will do a new review then. But literally nothing happened, the product simply vibrated for a few minutes and my jewellery was still just as dirty.
