This hutch is extremely poor quality. It was missing drill holes in the panels and none of the screws were labeled making it tedious to build. The wood is so soft that if I missed with the drill I stabbed holes in the wood. The roof is not at all waterproof and it will probably rot in no time. The litter tray is just wooden so will be difficult to clean and probably rot quickly.
