Good but not great. The fan is ok but not the best, ok for small bathroom. Heating lamp works really well. Main light is a bit dim for my taste, I wish I had planned for more lights in my small bathroom. While the heat lamp is on, there is plenty of light though.

A nice looking product but when we installed it, the LED light in the middle flashes sporadically for 10-15 seconds, no pattern to it. Most likely a fault and expecting the LED light to die out anytime now.
