Primrose Rubberwood Accent Chair

Easy to assemble, looks and feels great. Some reviewers said the cushions don’t fit the covers but I left to Inflate for the recommended 48 hours and they went in the covers and look true to the sales picture. Bought two and one leg on each chair is slightly shorter given a bit of a wobble but a carpet circle easily fixed that. Very happy overall with the purchase.

Great, large, comfortable chair. Easy to assemble in theory - our Allan keys rounded off after 2 screws so had to use additional tools to get them all done. The cushions are too big for the cases supplied, but can be shoved in - still looks fine but not easy to get into the cases. So a few hiccups but overall nice quality and looks great.

Very pleasantly surprised by this chair, although it's super stylish, it actually is incredibly comfortable to sit in! Chair cushions aren't as plump as the online image shows, they do seem to flatten over time, but I actually love the look of it!

Looks fabulous in the guest room and comfortable too.

Not happy with quality, timber arms chipped and paint cracked, fittings do not click together to fit screws

Love the look of these, but they were extremely difficult to put together properly. The screw holes on one didn’t line up at all. So 2 of the 6 screws couldn’t be used at all. The item also arrived slightly damaged.

I love and want to use this chair, however, the cushions do not fit the cover even after leaving them for a few days, they are simply too large for the covers and in order to use this chair (which I really want because everything else is perfect) I am going to have to somehow cut the cushion and re sew it. Not ideal. I now have noticed that many others have reported the same issue which could be easily fixed.

I love this chair, the cushion inserts were a tricky get into the covers, due to being over sized. It looks lovely cushions will puff up I hope over time.

Love this chair - so classic

Great frame however the inserts do not fit the cushion covers. Recommends to lay inserts flat for few days before inserting which was done however they never fluffed up. The inserts exceed the width of the covers and neally breaks zippers when attempting to insert. After sending multiple images proving this not much has been done for customer support.
